As a body-based therapy, massage helps you build the capacity to generate a sense of safety from the INSIDE OUT. My practice is informed by a somatic lens that understands the role of our nervous system in keeping us grounded and presently attuned in the midst of our ongoing lives.

Where hand and heart meet.

Body-based practices, such as yoga and massage, are designed to build awareness and connection to our physical reality, and ultimately our potential for healing. My aim is to help individuals reconnect to their bodies and lead a life with less pain, more flexibility, and deeper presence.

I have training and experience in Orothopedic, Swedish, and Therapeutic Massage, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and I hold a Reiki Master Certification. The core of all my work is seeded in awareness and attention to the moment-to-moment experience of your body’s subtle movements.
